Fabrication

Whether your design needs are for fabricating small lightweight or large heavy metal parts, high volume or single piece quantity order size, we have the capabilities to handle your requirements. We offer a wide range of cutting processes, such as laser, plasma, and shearing. Our forming processes include press brake, roll, deep draw, and 2-4 post presses. Welding processes include robotic, mig, tig, arc, and spot. Our finishing processes include powder coating, anodizing, and plating. In addition, we provide assembly and packaging services for completed product needs.

Product Examples

Machining

Our CNC machine capabilities include multi axis (X, Y, Z, A, B, C) mills, machining centers, CNC lathes, and turret lathes. We can accommodate most part shapes, complexity, and tolerance requirements. Production quantities can be low volume (100-200 piece) orders, or higher (1,000-100,000 piece) volume order sizes, with the capability to produce multi-part fixture tooling (pallet changers, tombstone, etc.) in-house to accommodate higher volumes and reduce cost.

Quality Control

One of the most common challenges found in the manufacturing industry is controlling quality. We believe automating the process whenever possible is a good step to achieving this. By doing so, accuracy is improved, human error is greatly reduced, and visibility is increased. As a part of the Six Sigma DMAIC procedure, quality at the source inspection plans are implemented throughout the various stages of the process using applicable calibrated measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, durometers, profilometers, Rockwell testers, optical comparators, coordinate measuring machines, go-no-go gauges, and more.
